Karen Russell recently joined Sarasota's MBJ Group to assist in expanding the talent management company. Russell has over 30 years of leadership experience in event and sales management, marketing, business development and communications. She will assist MBJ Group and provide support with operations, administration, marketing, data management and résumé development for its clients. Most recently, Russell served as the events manager for the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. MBJ's services include employee, group and individual talent management solutions, job placement, staff development and strategic services and executive training.
