The Florida House Institute is holding its Earth Celebration, a family festival with local and national eco-friendly businesses, live music, food and STEM education activities, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, at the institute, 4454 Beneva Road, Sarasota. The event includes workshops and demonstrations, a children's activity and learning area and a variety of food vendors. Tours of the Florida House and garden will be offered throughout the day. The event is free and open to the public.
