Five Upcoming Yoga Classes Where You Can Bend Your Mind and Body
Yoga is one of the most popular practices to enrich the mind and the body. The practice was originally developed thousands of years ago in India; however, it's also incredibly popular in Western culture.
The many benefits of yoga include improving balance, strength and flexibility and relieving back pain. Yoga also aids sleep, heart health, mental health and helps manage stress and arthritis, according to studies done by John Hopkins Medicine and the National Center of Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH).
If you want to feel these benefits yourself, join one of these unique yoga events happening in Sarasota this weekend.
