All Star Children's Foundation Names New Clinical Director

Chelsea Hernandez will oversee a comprehensive, multidisciplinary clinical approach to working with children and families involved in the child welfare system.

All Star Children’s Foundation, a non-profit organization in Sarasota that works to create brighter futures for children in foster care, continues to expand its staff. The nonprofit recently hired Chelsea Hernandez, LCSW, as its new clinical director. Hernandez has nearly 10 years of clinical experience working with at-risk children and families in intensive outpatient settings. She brings a trauma-informed and client-centered approach to working with staff, clients, and families. In her role at All Star, Hernandez will oversee a comprehensive, multidisciplinary clinical approach to working with children and families involved in the child welfare system. She will work closely with the clinical staff to provide high-quality, innovative interventions, engage birth families and the child welfare system in supporting healthy outcomes for children in foster care, and support foster parents as they care for children with a variety of needs.
