Tidewell Hospice Receives $40,000 Grant to Enhance Telehealth Technology

The funds will allow Tidewell physicians and clinical staff to deliver care remotely when necessary.

Tidewell Hospice has received a $40,000 grant from the William G. and Marie Selby Foundation in support of Tidewell’s COVID-19 response. The funds will be used to augment telehealth visits, allowing Tidewell physicians and clinical staff to deliver care remotely when necessary. The grant permitted Tidewell to obtain iPads for every hospice house and for long-term care and assisted-living facility teams.
