SouthTech, a provider of technology support and service for small businesses, has hired several engineers and recently promoted two team members to higher positions. Eric Arana, Al Bernel, and Stephen Nguyen have all joined SouthTech's client care team in recent months. Two promotions were also granted to a Nathan Shicks, an intern, and Dyllan Rivers, a full-time team member, respectively. Shicks was hired on full-time to join SouthTech's centralized services team; Rivers was promoted from his role as sales associate to client account manager.
