Goodwill Manasota is launching a new partnership with Replay Outreach in an effort to help at-risk youth by offering job training and shadowing and the opportunity for part-time work. Through the partnership, at-risk teens receive the opportunity to work in Goodwill Manasota’s Manatee County stores as part of Replay Outreach’s 12-week Xceleration job training program. Participants receive eight weeks of training, then a minimum of 24 hours of job shadowing, followed by employment at local area businesses, including Goodwill. Replay is a Manatee County nonprofit that is dedicated to helping at-risk teens find a direction and purpose.
