A Sarasota architecture and design team composed of lead designer Derek Pirozzi and lead architect Jedd Heap, in collaboration with Rome's Tari Architects, recently won third prize in a Turkish design contest, the Bandirma Park Competition. The Balikesir Metropolitan Municipality organized the international competition, with a call for ideas for a park that aimed to introduce Bandirma to the world. The city received 125 proposals from 27 countries.
