Autumn Senior Living, LLC is breaking ground on three new I-Lite Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Florida, with facilities planned for Brandon, Westchase and Sarasota. The Sarasota community will be built on the property that currently houses the company's Autumn of Sarasota facility, located at 3251 Proctor Road, Sarasota. Overall, the projects will provide nearly 400 senior residences and create over 200 permanent jobs. The three communities are expected to be completed in early 2018.
