Paralympics Athlete to Be Featured at 941CEO's 2017 Unity Awards

Jacqui Kapinowski, an American Paralympian who competed in wheelchair curling at the 2010 Paralympics and in rowing at the 2016 Summer Paralympics, will be the featured speaker at our 2017 Unity Awards.

Jacqui Kapinowski, an American Paralympian who competed in wheelchair curling at the 2010 Paralympics and in rowing at the 2016 Summer Paralympics, will be the featured speaker at 941CEO’s 2017 Unity Awards. Kapinowski suffers from Stiff Person’s Syndrome, a rare progressive neurological disorder that causes muscle stiffness, heightened sensitivity to noise, touch and emotional distress and muscle spasms. Despite the disorder, Kapinowski has competed in more than 80 marathons, six triathlons and countless other races. 941CEO’s annual Unity Awards recognize the inspiring individuals and businesses who champion diversity and inclusion in our workplaces and community.
