941CEO is proud to announce its seventh annual Unity Awards, a celebration of the people and companies who champion diversity in their workplaces and the 941 community. 

We invite you to nominate a company or individual. Nominations are open until Oct. 15. Just fill out the form below. The Unity Award winners will be featured in the January/February 2017 issue of 941CEO and honored at a luncheon ceremony on January 24. We are looking for nominees who create and embrace policies and programs that welcome diversity in their workplace and who strive to bring individuals from different racial, ethnic, religious, sexual orientation, and physical and mental ability into full equality as employees and citizens.  

The categories are: 

Business* | Health Care |  Financial |  Legal |  Nonprofit |  Education |  Arts

*This is the only category in which to nominate a company. In all other categories, nominate an individual.
