Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Adam Putnam will speak to attendees at The Argus Foundation's 2017 Annual Meeting, which takes place 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, at the Sarasota Yacht Club, 1100 John Ringling Blvd., Sarasota. The business organization will also install its 2017 officers during the event, including new president Jeff Charlotte. Tickets are $40 for members and $45 for non-members.
