Sarasota's Sunnyside Health and Rehabilitation Center was recently award a Governor’s Gold Seal Award, given in recognition of continued excellence in long-term health care. Sunnyside has received the award for seven straight years. Founded in 1968, Sunnyside provides housing and health care for persons 55 or older through facilities, services and programs in a Christian environment.
