Sharecare, a digital health management company, announced Thursday that it is acquiring Sarasota's BioLucid. BioLucid will continue to operate from its studio in Sarasota, with a new name: Sharecare Reality Lab. Sharecare Reality Lab will enrich medical content and resources within the Sharecare platform by contributing medical graphics and virtual reality capabilities. Sharecare uses user information to create comprehensive health profiles and allow users to access all of their health resources in one place.
