Florida Department of Transportation District One secretary Billy Hattaway will discuss transportation and land development patterns, the concept of "complete streets," bicyclist and pedestrian safety and more during The Argus Foundation's next Meet the Minds luncheon, which begins at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 19, at The Francis, 1289 N. Palm Ave., Sarasota. Tickets are $35 for Argus members and $40 for non-members.
