State Sen. Nancy Detert will join state Reps. Jim Boyd, Ray Pilon, Greg Steube and Darryl Rouson on a Sarasota Tiger Bay Club panel to provide a recap of the 2016 legislative session. The panel will be moderated by former state Sen. Lisa Carlton. The luncheon begins with registration at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, at Michael's on East, 1212 S. East Ave., Sarasota. The panel begins at noon. Tickets are $23 for members and $28 for guests.
