Brendan Alvarez recently leased 3,500 square feet of office and warehouse space at 3220 59th Drive E., Units 104 and 105, Bradenton, also from Mountain Manor. Jeff Button of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Button, Inc. also handled that transaction.
