After weeks of early and absentee voting, Florida's presidential primary concludes Tuesday, with in-person voting available all day, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., in both Sarasota and Manatee counties. To encourage voters to participate, both Sarasota County Area Transit and Manatee County Area Transit will offer free bus rides all day long. Both services will also offer free rides during both the Aug. 30 primary election and the Nov. 8 general election.
