4 2/3 cups flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 quart milk
1 stick butter, melted
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix eggs and milk. Combine wet with dry ingredients. Stir in melted butter to finish.
Add fresh blueberries to pancakes while on griddle. Flip pancakes after bubbles dot the surface and bottoms brown, about 2 to 4 minutes. Cook until the other sides are lightly browned.
Garnish with butter, powdered sugar, lemon zest and warm maple syrup. Enjoy.
