Is there anything better than a pile of pancakes on a weekend morning, when you have time to eat the whole batch with steaming cups of fresh-brewed coffee? Yes, what’s better is when the pancakes are made with ricotta cheese and lemon curd and topped with fresh blackberries. You can get yours at Station 400. These signature ricotta pancakes can be ordered as buttermilk pancakes or buckwheat. Get the buttermilk; buckwheat is for authentic crepes. The Italian ricotta makes the inside of the pancake creamy, moist and a little bit custard-like. The lemon brightens the dish and the berries are refreshing and delicious. 400 N.
