Florida placed No. 6 in a new ranking of the best states in which to start a business published by the financial research website WalletHub. The site created the list by examining data points related to a state's overall "business environment," access to financing and business costs. Florida's business environment rank was No. 9, its access to finance rank was No. 22 and its business costs rank was No. 15. The top three states were North Dakota, Texas and Utah.
