The Sarasota Tiger Bay Club will host a lunchtime debate between the two candidates for Sarasota Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller on Thursday, July 21.
The discussion will include Sarasota County's Allen Parsons, Jon Thaxton of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation, developer Harvey Vengroff and Rob Young of the Sarasota Young Professionals Group.
School Board member Caroline Zucker and Teresa Mast, who are running against each other, will appear, as will Eric Robinson and Cindy Hill, opponents in a race for a second seat.
