The Sarasota City Commission voted Monday evening to continue discussion of a 393-unit affordable housing complex proposed by Harvey Vengroff along Fruitville Road.
The City of Sarasota Planning Board will consider a change to its Future Land Use Map in order to make way for 393 affordable apartments on 7.9 acres just north of Fruitville Road near Audubon Place.
