Williams Parker has announced that Michael J. Wilson has been elected firm president. Wilson, a member of the firm's management committee since 2009, replaces Ric Gregoria, who held the position for six years. This transition, with other changes in the firm’s management, is part of its long-term succession plan. Gregoria will now focus on his trusts and estates practice, counseling high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners with inter-generational wealth transfers and business succession matters. Wilson will also continue with his full-time, two-decades-plus law practice as a business and tax lawyer.
