The William G. and Marie Selby Foundation fall 2021 grants cycle opened on June 1, 2021 and will close at 3:59 p.m. on Aug. 2, 2021. The foundation's grant portal allows area non-profit organizations to create an account and access existing accounts as they begin the application process. The foundation board meets in mid-November to review grant applications and award grants. Nonprofit organizations are required to be primarily located in Charlotte, DeSoto, Manatee or Sarasota Counties.

Since its establishment, the foundation has granted more than $120 million in funding to the community.
