Wingspan Productions, a newly established 501(c)(3) educational film company founded by KT Curran, recently received $300,000 from the Daniel E. Offutt, III Charitable Trust.  Wingspan Productions works with schools, community groups, educators, and community leaders to target and identify the vital issues that young people are grappling with in their daily lives. The company forms yearlong educational initiatives to create professional feature films that serve as a centerpiece for community education and engagement. Currently, Wingspan is working with young adults to create a narrative film about the mental health challenges they have faced as a result of the global pandemic.
