Organizations Name New Board Members

Four Sarasota women have been elected to state and local boards of directors.

Teresa "Tess" A. Koncick has been elected board president and chair of SunCoast Blood CentersKoncick joined the board in 2019 and previously served as vice president and assistant treasurer. Koncick is a securities attorney who currently serves as general counsel to ThinkBetter, LLC, an investment advisory firm.

Stephanie Jones has been named to the board of the Charles & Margery Barancik Foundation. Jones is a corporate recruiting manager with specialties in the areas of tax, corporate finance and valuation.

Brigette Davis, Associate Head Start and Early Head Start director at Children First in Sarasota, has been elected to the Florida Head Start Association (FHSA) board of directors. 

Isabel Anchin Becker has been named to the Glasser/Schoenbaum Human Services Center board of directors. Becker is also a member of the National Council of Jewish Women, and a trustee on the boards of the Aviva senior life campus and the Sarasota Ballet.
