Reminder: Check Your Polling Place Before You Vote Tomorrow

Due to the impact of Covid-19 on poll worker staffing and polling place availability, some polling places have been combined or relocated.

Double-check your polling place before you head out to vote on Nov. 3.

Voters who plan to vote on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3, should confirm the location of their polling places before going out to vote. Due to the impact of Covid-19 on poll worker staffing and polling place availability, some polling places have been combined or relocated, Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections Ron Turner explains. All affected voters have been notified multiple times by mail prior to this election, Turner adds.

Sarasota voters can confirm their polling locations for the Nov. 3 election at sarasotavotes.com. Manatee County voters can confirm their polling places at votemanatee.com. Every voter must present current and valid photo and signature ID upon check-in at the polling place. A voter who does not produce ID will be offered a provisional ballot. A list of valid photo IDs can be found in the voter guide at sarasotavotes.com.  Important: If a photo ID does not include the voter’s signature, an additional ID that provides the signature will be required.
