New Parking Garage Planned for Downtown Bradenton

The Bradenton City Council on Wednesday gave final approval to plans for a new parking garage on Old Main Street in downtown Bradenton. The garage, which will house roughly 500 spaces, will cost $13.8 million. Designed by Fawley Bryant Architecture, the garage will be built by NDC Construction Company. The building is expected to be completed in October, with overall completion expected in January 2019.
