Army Awards Contract Worth Almost $12.6 Million to Subsidiary of Sarasota Company
A subsidiary of Sarasota's xG Technology, Inc., will supply handheld intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance receiver devices.

Integrated Microwave Technology, LLC, a subsidiary of Sarasota's xG Technology, Inc., was recently awarded a contract worth almost $12.6 million by the U.S. Army. The company will supply handheld intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance receiver devices. The contract is the company's third with the Army since 2013. Equipment covered includes rugged, lightweight handheld receivers designed to display real-time video imagery transmitted by aerial assets or frontline surveillance platforms, as well as related accessories.
