Dr. Carlos Realpe of SleepMed recently leased suite 170 in the building located at 5432 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota, in order to open a new SleepMed office there. SleepMed develops advanced technology for diagnosing and treating sleep disorders. The suite, which takes up about 1,500 square feet, is currently being used for oxygen therapy and continuous positive airway pressure treatments. Realpe is leasing the space from Wayne Rasmassen of RMS Bee Ridge, Inc.
