Twenty-three Ringling College of Art and Design graduates worked on Zootopia, the film that won Best Animated Feature Film at Sunday's Oscars awards ceremony. Other Oscar notables affiliated with the college included graduate Patrick Osborne, who was nominated for Best Animated Short for Pearl, the first virtual reality film ever to be nominated for an Oscar. Osborne won an Oscar in 2014 for his animated short Feast.
