Visit Sarasota County on Wednesday unveiled a new brand identity for the region, with elements that include a new logo and images and videos intended to convey the feeling that Sarasota County is a place where visitors can feel “at ease.” The new brand elements were formulated after a year of extensive research with past visitors and potential visitors in key consumer markets, as well as local stakeholders. Once the data was collected and analyzed, Visit Sarasota County found that Sarasota is a place where visitors feel “at ease.” The final product expresses the “at ease” emotion through soft and colorful imagery, with wording created to evoke the emotion, as well.
