Marie Selby Botanical Gardens recently selected the Philadelphia-based landscape design studio Olin to develop a master site plan and establish different uses for the gardens' 15-acre property for the next 25 to 30 years. The plan will focus on the gardens' epiphyte research and conservation, its commitment to synthesizing horticulture and arts, and its role as a fixture of the community. Olin will lead a team of nationally recognized experts in architecture, exhibit design and environmental design, complemented by practitioners with local knowledge.
