The private homebuilder Ashton Woods recently completed a new model home available for viewing in Palmer Park. The Gaspar model is a flexible home plan with between three and six bedrooms and more than 2,000 square feet of space. Ashton Woods announced the opening of Palmer Park in July; the neighborhood contains 35 single-family residences near the intersection of Palmer Boulevard and Honore Avenue. The Gaspar model is located at located at 5258 Asher Court, Sarasota.
