The private homebuilder Ashton Woods this week announced the grand opening of its newest community: Palmer Park, which contains 35 single-family residences near the intersection of Palmer Boulevard and Honore Avenue. Homes range from 1,700 to 2,700 square feet. The Ashton Woods model home is located at 5258 Asher Court, Sarasota.
