Digital VS Film, LLC recently purchased the 8,347-square-foot office building at 2937 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota, from Suncoast Group Holdings, LLC for just under $1.5 million. The building includes 11 suites, an elevator and 33 parking spaces. Eric Massey and Ben Graham of Michael Saunders & Company handled the transaction.
