RoseBay International, Inc., a residential and commercial real estate and property management company that serves the Sarasota-Bradenton area, recently hired Stanley Umenhofer as property maintenance manager. Umenhofer will conduct periodic inspections of properties, assess maintenance needs and perform repairs, if necessary.
