The Manatee County Commission will vote on Tuesday on whether or not to enter into an agreement to build a new 250-room hotel on property adjacent to the Bradenton Area Convention Center, located at 1 Haben Blvd., Palmetto. The plan calls for a full-service hotel that totals approximately 204,150 square feet and takes up six stories. More than 17,000 square feet of public function space is included, as well as a full-service restaurant with 240 seats.
