Tampa's Park 30 Partners, LLC on Wednesday purchased 38.5 acres located at 33rd Street E. and 55th Drive E. in Bradenton for $2.7 million. Park 30 plans to build 216 apartments there. Dennis Kotaska, Terri Kotaska and Erick Shumway of RE/MAX Alliance Group represented the seller, Royal Palm LLC. Alan Forrester of Opportunity Real Estate LLC and Brian McCarthy of Starboard Tack LLC represented the buyer.
