Mirabella, an eco-conscious adult community of 160 paired villas in Bradenton, and Synergy Building Corp. have earned the LEED for Homes Platinum certification. Platinum certification is the highest ranking. Mirabella’s homes are built to be healthy, provide clean indoor air, incorporate safe building materials, and use less  energy and water. LEED-certified buildings cost less to operate over the life of the building and may qualify for incentives like tax rebates and zoning allowances.
