Harvey Vengroff recently took another step toward the construction of a new affordable housing complex in Bradenton, when his company, Robin's Apartments, LLC, purchased a Knights Inn hotel property located at 2303 First St. E., Bradenton, for $4.4 million. Vengroff has proposed converting the property into workforce housing, with 240 studio apartments and 150 two-bedroom apartments to be built in the space north of the hotel.
