Duncan Real Estate, a locally owned real estate firm that specializes in Anna Maria Island properties, recently added realtor Terry Hayes to its team. The addition of Hayes expands the Duncan Real Estate roster to 12 agents dedicated to helping people buy, sell and rent properties on Anna Maria Island and throughout the Sarasota and Manatee County area. Hayes’ family has owned property on Anna Maria Island for three generations. A frequent visitor to our area since childhood, she grew up in Washington, D.C., and graduated with a teaching degree from East Carolina University.
