Highland Manor Realty Trust, based in Massachusetts, recently purchased office space located at 3340 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota, from Sarasota's Buckeye Partners, LLC, for almost $2 million. The company also purchased office property located at 3922 Rockefeller Ave., Sarasota, from Sarasota's Tytan, LLC for $200,000.
