The Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder Neal Communities recently topped Builder Magazine’s list of the top 10 local homebuilders, with 747 closings and over 19 percent market share in 2015. A gap of 141 closings exists between Neal Communities’ No. 1 spot and the No. 2 position on the list, which is based on local housing data in the North Port, Sarasota and Bradenton region.
