The Southwest Florida luxury homebuilder Lee Wetherington Homes recently broke ground on the Saviano model in Seacroft, inside Lakewood Ranch's Country Club East. The new one-story design features 2,950 square feet, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and a private outdoor shower.
