David Mulholland, CPA, MBA, AIAF and Angie Oxley, CPA,CIA have joined the CPA firm of Shin & Co. as the newest members of the audit leadership team.

Mulholland brings more than 15 years of experience to his new role as audit manager. A Certified Public Account with a master’s in business administration, hehas a wide range of industry experience with specific expertise in the insurance market, along with construction, real estate, not-for-profit, retail and manufacturing.  Oxley brings more than 25 years of accounting and auditing experience to her role as audit principal. She previously worked for the State of Illinois, where she served as the accounting director for the Department of Revenue and Illinois Commerce Commission.
