Gecko’s Hospitality Group recently purchased Venice's Marker 4 Restaurant and will rebrand it as Dockside Waterfront Grill at Marker 4.

Gecko’s Hospitality Group recently purchased Venice's Marker 4 Restaurant and will rebrand it as Dockside Waterfront Grill at Marker 4. The restaurant has been around since 1950, when Ben and Isa Mae Dunn broke ground on Fisherman’s Wharf Marina. The waterfront restaurant offers boat dockage and views of Roberts and Dona Bays. It is located at 509 N. Tamiami Trail, Venice. In addition to six Gecko's Grill & Pub restaurants, Gecko's also owns The Signature Room (a banquet and meeting space), S'macks Burgers & Shakes, the Red Barn Bar and Longboat Key's Dry Dock Grill.
