California's Focus Bradenton, LLC recently purchased Palms at Cortez, an apartment community located at 3810 Fifth St. E., Bradenton, from Palms at Cortez, LLC, for $6.3 million.

Gardenmasters of SW Florida, Inc. recently leased 15,900 square feet of office and warehouse space at 341 Seaboard Ave. and 342 Warfield Ave., Venice, from Canal Road Property Management, LLC. Jeff Button of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Button, Inc. handled the transaction.
