The 2020 Parade of Homes, kicking off Feb. 22, will take prospective home buyers, remodelers and people just plain interested in the latest building trends through 101 model homes throughout the Sarasota-Manatee region.  

Presented by the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association, the Parade will feature model residences in Lakewood Ranch, West Villages, The Lake Club, Grand Palm, the Islands on the Manatee River and One Particular Harbour. Besides model homes, this year the Parade will feature a non-model entry and a remodeled entry.
